Arrival

Vivian relied on her grandmother in the delivery of her second child. Larry had gone to Spokane to fetch a doctor. On their return they celebrated before reaching the Deer Park cabin. I was there to greet them January 9, 1942. Seems the doc sent a bill for a house call and my mother returned it with a strongly worded message about the area where the sun doesn’t shine. (It gets stranger)
